2021 Employee Appreciation Week
Our employees are a truly amazing group. Despite all the challenges and uncertainty brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, our team stepped up and gave 110% everyday to get us through to the other side of the woods. In short, this team is one to be proud of. So we decided to plan some festivities to show our employees how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication. But we quickly realized that one day just wasn’t adequate to celebrate this elite unit and all they achieved. So instead we launched into the 2021 Twin Cities Pain Clinic Employee Appreciation Week! Each day for one whole week, our employees enjoyed free food, gifts, prize drawings, and more!
Monday – Ice Cream Treats
For the first day of employee appreciation week, a variety of ice cream novelty treats were delivered to all of our clinics, surgery centers, and administrative offices! Here we see our Marketing and HR teams taking a brief break to enjoying some icy cold goodness.
Tuesday – Employee Gifts
Gifts all around! On Day 2 of employee appreciation week, each of our exceptional employees got a desktop Bluetooth speaker with a wireless phone charger built in! A multitasking gift for multitalented people.
Wednesday – Food Truck Lunch
On Day 3 of TCPC Employee Appreciation Week, We partnered with a local, family-owned eatery down the street to provide lunch to our Edina team! They parked their food truck in our lot and dispensed tacos and quesadillas for everyone. Our clinics in Burnsville, Maple Grove, and Woodbury got lunch delivered as well and everyone agreed it was delicious.
Thursday – Prize Drawings
Day 4 was loaded with exciting Prize Drawings! Every hour or so throughout the day, members of our phenomenal team were selected at random to win awesome prizes, including bonus PTO hours and TCPC swag! Shout out to our HR team for personally wrapping and hand-delivering the prizes.
Friday – Free Breakfast
On the 5th and final day of TCPC Employee Appreciation Week, our friends at Medtronic stopped by all our clinics in the morning to deliver some delicious breakfast treats!! It was the perfect opportunity to load up on some carbs before our big Virtual 5k the next day.
