Located one block north of County Rd. 42 on County Rd. 11, just south of Alimagnet Park, our Burnsville pain management clinic offers one of the most comprehensive selections of advanced treatments in the state.
We emphasize a patient-centered approach to care. Our chronic pain experts listen carefully and work closely with each patient to find the root cause of their pain, and then develop a plan of care that is custom built to meet their unique needs. We’re always happy to help guide you through the process and make scheduling as easy as possible.
In order to ensure that your visit goes as smooth as possible, please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- A valid driver’s license or other form of photo identification
- Your current insurance card(s)
- Your copay, if you have one – COPAYS ARE DUE DAY OF SERVICE
- A list of medications you are currently taking and the original bottles so we can see the dosage, prescriber, and pharmacy
- Any medical records and/or imaging reports related to your condition
Twin Cities Pain Clinic is in network with most insurance plans. However, if your plan is among the few that we do not accept, you may either be seen under your out-of-network benefits or self-pay out of pocket.
We offer a discounted rate for self-payments, which are due on the date of service.
