I’ve been going to the Twin Cities pain clinic for about three years. My “counselor/practitioner “ is Carrie VanOverbeke. I can’t speak about any of the other practitioners in the clinic but I have one in Carrie who is terrific. She listens, she advises and she always includes me in treatment planning. By her doing so I feel much more invested in learning how to productively deal with chronic pain and the issues it presents in one’s life. If you have to have treatment for ongoing pain, and I don’t wish this on anyone, I’d strongly suggest that you consider the Twin Cities Pain Clinic and that you ask for Carrie VanOverbeke to be your clinician. If you do, I can guarantee that you will have a productive and very helpful experience in learning how to deal with pain!

I was referred here by my Orthopedic surgeon because I was 90 days post-surgery and their policy is to not prescribe pain pills this far out from surgery. Prior to arriving my provider had reviewed records from my surgeon and familiarized herself with my case. She discussed what my treatment plan would be moving forward and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with my first visit and am confident they will help me cross the finish line of my recovery. Thank you especially to Carrie.

They're wonderful in their knowledge and they're helpful if you need something to aid in finding a solution to take care of problems in your pain that may help doesn't mean to be a guarantee but it's a start for some people it would help immensely for others it might not work but if you don't know you will never find out so the knowledge that they give you it's worth the effort and giving it a try different people have different body functions with their work and different than other people's problems so you guys do wonderful job to me it's top notch

The meeting with Carrie VanOverbeke went great as usual. I needed to make a change on an upcoming procedure and I had no problems getting it so I will have the medication for it that I would like, which is very important to me. She is always understanding and takes my pain seriously. I am so thankful first off that I was told about this clinic, Twin Cities Pain Clinic, and second off I am thankful Carrie ended up as my provider.

I just started with TCPC on 5/28/24 and have encountered at least 7 people (I wish I had written down their names) from intake at the Chaska Clinic to DRG coordination to medical records and each person was professional and really cared about seeing that my pain was dealt with as soon as possible.

About Our Chaska Pain Management Clinic
Twin Cities Pain Clinic opened our Chaska location in August of 2023. The highly skilled pain management specialists at our Chaska clinic are clinically trained experts in the treatment of chronic pain.
Our clinicians emphasize a patient-centered approach to care. We listen carefully to our patient to identify the source of their pain, and then develop a plan of care that is specifically designed for their unique needs. We are proud to be leading specialists in treating back pain, neck pain, joint pain, nerve pain, diabetic foot pain, post-surgery pain, and many other chronic pain conditions.
Our team has substantial experience in utilizing the most advanced and innovative interventional pain treatments, including a wide range of injections, radiofrequency ablation, structural repair procedures, and implantable pumps and spinal cord stimulator devices. Every procedure we perform is minimally invasive and completed in one of our own modern outpatient surgery centers.

How soon can I get an appointment?
Twin Cities Pain Clinic can see patients within a week, often in as little as 24 hours, helping you get timely evaluation and treatment for your chronic pain.
Do you work with my primary care provider or specialist?
Yes. We embrace a shared cared approach in order to optimize treatment outcomes.
Our care team will contact your other medical providers to obtain any necessary medical records and will also send them clinical notes to keep them updated on your progress at Twin Cities Pain Clinic.
Do I need a referral to be seen at this clinic?
Many patients can schedule directly, though some insurance plans may require a referral. The clinic works with most major insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, to help simplify access to care.
We’re always happy to help guide you through the process and make scheduling as easy as possible.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
In order to ensure that your visit goes as smooth as possible, please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- A valid driver’s license or other form of photo identification
- Your current insurance card(s)
- Your copay, if you have one – COPAYS ARE DUE DAY OF SERVICE
- A list of medications you are currently taking and the original bottles so we can see the dosage, prescriber, and pharmacy
- Any medical records and/or imaging reports related to your condition
What if my insurance is out of network?
Twin Cities Pain Clinic is in network with most insurance plans. However, if your plan is among the few that we do not accept, you may either be seen under your out-of-network benefits or self-pay out of pocket.
We offer a discounted rate for self-payments, which are due on the date of service.
Will I know my costs before treatment?
Cost estimates for procedures are available upon request after the procedure is ordered.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Out of respect for our staff and other patients, Twin Cities Pain Clinic requires at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Violations of this policy may result in fees, while repeat violations may result in discontinuation of care at our clinic.
