We opened our current clinic at 7270 Forestview Lane N way back in 2014. Over the past eight years it has been our privilege to provide exceptional pain management care to the Maple Grove area. But during that time we outgrew our clinic and will now be moving to a new location!

Where are we going?

As of Monday, December 19, our Maple Grove team will be seeing patients out of the Arbor Lakes Medical Building. The address of the new clinic is:

12000 Elm Creek Blvd N, #300, Maple Grove, MN 55369

We are very excited for this change, as the new location will offer our patients more parking options, better clinics access, and a larger space with modern, comfortable amenities.

Additionally, our new clinic will be easy for patients to find, as the new facility is just on the other side of I-94 among the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes retail complex, less than a mile from our current location.

Our last day seeing patients at our current clinic on Forestview Lane North will be Friday, December 16, 2022. If you are a patient or a provider and have any questions, you may give us a call at (952) 841-2345.

We want to thank our staff and our patients for eight fantastic years at our original Maple Grove location. We look forward to many more years of relieving pain and renewing lives at our new home.
